- All cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the trip will NOT be billed.
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure, 100% fees will apply.
- 7 Working days for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account if eligible for a refund.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 are considered infants and admission are free.
- Children aged 3 to 10 are considered children and a child rate is charged.
- Children over 10 years old are considered adults and an adult rate will be charged.
